Hearing lots of buzz about concerns with chinese drywall?  This is one hot topic of concenr in real estate and construction today.

Here are the facts:
1) There is NO legitimate private or government body "certifiying" inpectors to identify Chinese Drywall.
2) Chinese drywall cannot be effectively detected by a simple air test or other non-invasive methods.
3) No direct link to health concerns has been established, though some are alleged.
4) The major concern in Chinese drywall is right here in the southeastern United states where heat and moisture are prevalent.
5) DO NOT BE FOOLED BY HUCKSTERS!  CHINESE DRYWALL TESTING IS NOT REQUIRED BY LAW AND THERE IS NO STANDARD METHOD.  THE BEST METHOD INVOLVES REMOVING DRYWALL FROM THE HOME AND TESTING IT IN A LAB.
